Taco Bell opening stores in Mexico

I just saw a news report that Taco Bell is now building stores in Mexico. WhoTF is going to work in them? Can we send some wellfare cases down there to open the stores? I mean seriously, with NAFTA and all, why not?

I just can say that they will go broke in like 5 days,.... why would anybody go to Taco Hell and get a $2 dollar burrito or "taco" in Mexico, when you can go to any street cart place where a guy sells you a real taco in like $2 pesos, and not only the 10x difference ($1 dollar = $10 pesos or more), but also the taste!!!. I know a place in Monterrey where you can get the best barbacoa in the world in tacos or even in tortas for less than $5 dollars, there's no way Taco Bell is going to compete. Anyway it is not my money invested there so,... good luck to them! LMAO

Prices will be changed for the area. There are McDonalds joints all over the world. They don' t pay $5 (USD) for a meal. In Malaysia, you can get a value meal for just under a $1 (USD).

They'll probably have set up facilities in Mexico to also pack and deliver the food to get the prices down. That's how it is for KFC and McDo's in asia.....tastes a bit different...
