Seducing Speed: Porsche by Design

The North Carolina Museum of Art is currently hosting the automotive exhibit, Seducing Speed: Porsche by Design. I went and checked it out today and am glad that I did. Here are the highlights (Sorry for the poor quality iPhone pics):

1938 Type 64 Berlin-Rom Racer. The first Porsche racing car ever built. Only two of these were ever built and never raced, they were used as a company car to chauffeur visitors, etc. It was unbelievable how narrow the "greenhouse" was. The seats had to be offset in order to allow room for two people.
