I've been lifting for nearly 20yrs and regardless if juice is involved (even though he has/is competes in Natural BB which require testing) at the age of 70 yrs old... This individual is beyond an inspiration!

Tell me about it. I'm sort of complaining about the pain I have from a 2 mile jog yesterday. This guy is incredible.

I truly hope this guy gets the publicity, media coverage, talk show circuit time he deserves! He can certainly inspire the millions of seniors out here that simply give up and less "sedentary lifestyles".
My own beloved abuelita is turning 100 next month!
I am throwing a special party for her including local media coverage.
