Restaurants and Cooking at home

Hello,

It's appropriate that my first thread is about eating - i love eating as much as my cars.

i have a Restaurants Thread that has 102 pages on another forum (look at my profile picture and guess which one).

i'll kick this one off with a peruvian dish:

added late - this is koobideh - saffron basmati rice (this may be lunch today if my middle eastern co worker has his way today)..

sorry about double post - but i will guarantee this thread will make you more hungry than the other. i go out everyday for lunch.

i have a big ole viking we cook on at home so lets see what you all cook at home. what's so cool is that i like to see what y'all area cooking around the country and around the world.
