The engine on these sucks. I had a 3.5L version of the Rover V8 and it was absolute shit reliability wise. And that was a humble carb'd version, i can only imagine how things would be if it had EFI.

I saw one at Symes Pasadena... It was cool to be in one, but I don't see the appeal other than it being a collector's item and a radical shift from the modern, luxury-based models.

They're just stupid silly money. Better off with a slightly less uncommon, basically bulletproof preowned G-wagon.
