BMW X5 3.0D Issue

Hello all, I have a x5 3.0 2003 134.000 miles
Drives fine and engine pulls strong but on tickover it is very thrumpy feels like a engine mounting is worn or something please advise?

Ok so done a little research and hear it could be bad injector or EGR valve, it first started when I was stuck in traffic for a while so I am guessing EGR valve need cleaning. Any advice would be appreciated..

You my wish to post it under the E70 forum to get more feedback, if you have not already. http://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/tags.php?tag=e70 For some reason the website now is pointing to X3 for E70 and to E71 for E70.
