License plates for ED - how mounted?
Anyone with ED experience know how BMW is mounting the front license plate for ED? I hope not drilling holes; could be a ED deal killer for me.

Strong Double side tapes
They know not to hurt your car... and if anything upon arrival to the states, any problem or issue is fixed back to showroom spec. Dont worry, just enjoy the ED

Yep, it's a padded double sided tape. Only thing you need to worry about is telling your dealer to not drill US plate holes and/or if you just want to keep the Euro plate on the front when it gets back to your dealer.

My front plate was attached with double-sided tape. I told the dealer to leave it on. The front plate bracket was left in the trunk. I used dental floss to cut through the tape and cleaned off the remaining adhesive.

Thanks all for the info! Glad to hear not a concern. I actually have located an F82 in stock locally like I want. SO w/Black full leather, carbon fiber roof, black rims, fully loaded. I may forego ED especially given delay in production due to carbon fiber supply shortage. Don't think I could survive the wait!
