This is why my "New Year's Resolutions" are almost always continuations of something I've already decided to do and actually AM doing. Like last year, I quit smoking after ~15 yrs. Started that in Nov. 2013 and still smoke free. Also decided this previous summer 2014 to stop overeating (I have stomach issues and finally needed to just stop aggravating it), going well now into the 1st part of 2015.

I made three pretty cool pieces of art in 2014.

What kind of art do you focus on?

Garage List
Well, I was 220 lbs and managed to celebrate going down to 185 lbs for 5 months (which marked the first time since I was roughly 15 since I've been below 200 lbs, and I'm 29), with plans to lose more in July 2013. However, in June 2013 my dad died and I gained 10 lbs instead. Fast forward to the last 5 months, which were the roughest 5 months of my life (which started when I had one job underpay me, then a landlord made a bad assumption and kicked me out after I dumped my lazy girlfriend who only cooks, cleans or [censored] only once in a blue moon, then out of the frying pan and into the fire, worked ANOTHER job that underpaid me... I had to couch surf or sleep in the E90 for a while), which gave me such severe stress that I had IBS and my metabolism slowed to a crawl, so I gained 50 lbs in 4 months, and was at 245 lbs. However, things are getting MUCH better and my life is slowly getting back on track as of Mid-December, so a New Year's Resolution is perfect timing to enact change, not necessarily waiting until New Year to enact something that I've been planning like some others have mentioned.

1. WEIGHT LOSS. I decided that coinciding with a weight loss contest my company is throwing, I am seeking to shrink down to 160 lbs, which I have already lost 4 lbs (a little over 1lb/day; weighed daily) since New Year's Day thanks to Slenderiix. More info: http://www.slenderiiz.com/m3ister

2. QUIT SMOKING. I was smoke-free since June 2010, but picked up the habit again in August thanks again to the aforementioned situations. So far, I have... Excuse me. FASD87$&^!8AD9Y8&y@)*&yU)*&$y807h$OYUH*#$&)H4UH!!! !!!!!!! WITHDRAWAL SUCKS!!!!! *returns calmly* I have been smoke free for 3 days.

3. GET OUT OF DEBT. Once my $15K worker's comp check (the only way left to recover from one employer since he dodged the court date for my wage claim), $7,000 from one long-term project and $1,000 from another computer project comes in, I plan to mitigate all my debt and put the rest back into savings, which all of it was drained after working half the year for free twice.

Keep it up!

Digital drawing. I love drawing with pencil and paper, i've been doing so since the beginning of time. In today's digital era, i decided to go digital.

I had a Wacom intuos but i really wanted a cintiq. I ended up buying a Windows 8 tablet, which is what i use for drawing now.

Here are a few before and after.

Hey now, that requires a grotesque amount of concentration and arrogance that not all can reach. I tip my hat to anyone who can actually make that their resolution and stick to it.

I haven't done anything in a long, long time

Used to do a lot of painting and skteching in high school. Not sure if I have any pictures of my stuff, but I might be able to find some at home later.
