All Benz or AMG could do is keep putting in a bigger monster engine. Come on it is a 6.3L engine of course it is powerful. But in my eyes it is the same cars as CLK350 and CLS500. I still prefer high output from a relatively smaller engine, such as M5 or F430.

Do you know how much the SMG I cost on a BMW (when it was around)? About $200-300 premium over the automatic/steptronic...as a result, it's *quite* foreseeable in the far future. I say 'far future' solely because there is the potential for quite a bit of technological advancements on the transmission.

The upper SMG models for the M series are of course higher quality and hence more expensive than the typical wankermatic.

Even Audi ended wankermatics for the DSG on their A3. Why DSG hasn't completely eclipsed the wankermatic for other models such as the A4 is still a mystery.

I think this car is very unique, but i really don't like the styling. the power figures on the other hand and your correct, it can't touch the M5 on handling

here we have in 3rd place the CLS55 AMG

and in first place 2006 M5

the other car is not worth mentioning

Domestics get no love around here. And by around here I mean in the US.

Funny enough, Lexus hasn't really been a great success in Japan. Maybe there's something about owning an import that people like.

they barely produce any of the lexus models we have here for the japanese consumer. Everyone over there drive either a Honda Fit, or that Nissan Cube. My Civic is considered a big car over there! Although i did see quite a few GTRs
