I live in Seattle. A cool and polite warning about tailgating in the rain (state sport here) would be suitable, don't you think?

There's a saying in Dutch: "doe normaal, dan doe je al gek genoeg". Loosely translated, it means "behave normally, and that'll be plenty crazy".

Is this real or cgi?

Would be great if it's real and worked in the rain.

without really knowing, i think it can possibly be real. i've seen plenty of videos with paint that reacts to water (really temperature) and some seem to react much better than above. the difference is the above has greater detail. i don't think it would work well in the rain due to the detail. it seems you would need buckets constantly running over it for it to be recognizable.

saw this a few years ago:

Aren't there already light-up signs you can have programmed to display in your rear window?

Not nearly as cool!

This would also have the bonus of spraying the damn Audi tailgating us, which would make the anal (since it is clear to everyone cool kids drive the F8x's) drivers pull over and dry up their cars.

Would this mean your car is one colour in summer.
And another on winter?
That would be kind or cool
Of course the issue is the car will look like shit in fall and spring when it's in between colours

I'm sorry, I value keeping my car as free of water spots and dust as long as possible to do this.
