Help to edit photos

Hi,
I recently made a rookie mistake and didn't catch a piece of lint on my camera lens until the photos were on my computer. There are about six great shots of family I want to use for gifts and other projects.

Can anyone help me with some editing? I think it would be fairly easy to fix if someone had the tools and talent. I would really appreciate it.

Is there any chance you could show an example of the area covered by the dust / lint ?

All done, and I think Andrew is pleased with the results.

Most were quite easy, only one was a little more of a challenge.

A lovely shot of a young lady, with the sun behind her and out of shot, but which had created flare, including a strand which cut diagonally across her face ! Even worse, this piece of flare cut right across one lens of her sunglasses !
Lots of patching, cloning and healing sorted it out.
