Frozen paint/Merino leather Protect and Care

Hello,

I recently bought BMW 640xd GC Frozen brilliant white metallic with merino leather.

1. Do you know how to care and protect the Frozen paint?
2. Is it true that it is so difficult to maintain?
3. Do you know how to protect it from scratches? Is it possible to put polymer on it?

1. What about the Merino leather? Which products are the best for it? I heard that the original BMW care products are not the best, but the most expensive?
2. How often do you clean it and put other products on it?

Umm... maybe it's just the lighting, but that doesn't look like frozen paint to me. The frozen paint has more of a flat/matte quality to it (see below). Your car looks like the standard high gloss finish. Definitely still a gorgeous car either way, I might add. I love your interior.

In fact, when I bought the car, the dealer said that the exterior color is Individual Brilliant White Metallic. This is the the full name of the frozen white. Do you think it could be ordered Brilliant white without frozen?

Absolutely you could - "frozen" is just a different type of clear coat applied over the colored paint. Theoretically any base color could be made frozen. I'm 99% sure your car doesn't have the frozen clear coat though (the official name of the exterior color would be "Individual Frozen Brilliant White Metallic" if it was), so you don't need to do anything different to protect your paint than you would on any other car.

Here is the video of "Frozen" paint. It is a matt finish.
