Anyone has a hookup at a Porsche dealer?
Hi All,
Helping a friend buy a 2011 Carrera GTS and wanted to know if anyone knows a dealer that could run service records for it. They have nothing till 10K miles on carfax but have everything from 10K-18K miles. I will inbox the VIN. Thanks in advance!!

I don't believe there is any recommended maintenance on a Carrera GTS for the first 10,000 miles (15,000km). The only caveat is that the oil should be changed every year at a minimum, and the brake fluid every two years. Is it possible that the first owner collected 10k miles in the first year?

If it's a manual, more important than service records would a DME readout showing overrevs and what range they occurred. Range 4-6 can be problematic. Someone with a PIWIS device, like the dealer, can read it. I don't believe Softronics can read this info but could be wrong.
