Post VW and Google develop revolutionary navigation system

Looks like this has been in development for some time now and I must say, I am impressed. Audi is the parent company of VW so you know their cars will get this SATNAV system when it's released too.

I hope BMW gets their foot in the door for this...

Actually, I believe VW is the parent company of Audi......

Btw, that looks like some very cool technology but I hope they alter the interface's look a bit. The button format looks a little dated......

That looks awesome. News has it that BMW's coopertating with Apple to improve their system. For those of you that detest iDrive, I think there might be a revolution. I for one am perfectly happy with iDrive. Just take 30 minutes to get yourself accustomed to it and it's not hard at all to work with. Not rocket science or anything. Though the very first version featured in the pre-facelift 7er required a degree in tech.
