Occasionally not washing your hands in my opinion is justified.

One of the homeless guys who lives in the Trenton NJ Train Station's men's room was 3/4 naked (not kidding, 3/4) and washing his disgustingly dirty ass in one of the 2 sinks this morning.

I walked out without washing my hands after taking a piss but did use hand sanitizer. Amazingly I only retched and didn't actually throw up.

His 1/4 non-nude section were his shoulders which were semi-covered by his shirt being pulled up and over them and worn around his neck. And shoes. I guess he was worried about the dirty floor.

I just got done washing my hands from handling oily tools all day (hehe), and one of the coldform operators opened the stall door and walked right out. Now the only thing I can imagine is he is as gross as he looks, or he pulled off a no-wipe.
