Canker sores
I have one right under my tongue, hurts like a mother. I gargle w/ listerne nightly, which does help for the short term. It just sucks to eat moving food around in the mouth and this thing starts stinging. I went to MayoClinic.com to research the ailment to figure out what I can do, and the basic solution I got was "wait and suffer". Of course cutting my tongue would never be an option, anyone have any suggestions for long term relief?

I inject them with cortisone...makes them go away very quickly. A little painful...yeah...but a good solution. Long term...no real good prevention.

They go away in about two weeks. Avoid acidic foods like spaghetti with tomato sauce, ketchup, etc., as these will make it more sore.

IMHO, the best over-the-counter treatment out there is Zilactin...It works like a freaking charm....
My medschool is researching canker sores, but no luck yet... |

Yeh, I think I got it from drinking a lil too much diet soda. I've very very sensitivie to acidic foods. Gotta watch that.
P.S., slam me w/ an off topic, but your 330 looks off the chain w/ the H&R springs KS!!! |
