Favorite car for ~$100k

So the GT3 starts at 107,000, and after adding all the goodies comes out to be around 135-145,000. Thats before tax and markups. Not to mention that it's production is pretty much over. So why is it on the list of cars to have for a 100k?

Porshe just does something right when it comes to overall feel, experience, engine sound, and track-ability of the car. Plus the interior of the porsche doesn't feel like you're sitting in a cheap rental car.
