Does anyone have any experience with these third party used car agencies who say they will match up buyers and sellers?

I have been trying for a few weeks to sell the wifes car, and interest has slowed down a bit. I have been contacted by these guys a few times and I was thinking of giving it a shot since they "guarantee" the car would sell or give a refund.
