Canon S2 IS, S3 IS, S80 or SD 700IS?

Well after a few months with my Samsung Digimax L55W I have decided to put it up on eBay and return to Canon.

I'm considering purchasing the S2 IS, S3 IS, S80 or SD 700IS.

S3 IS and SD 700IS are brand new and fetching a high price. ~500 for both.

Because of the new S3, the S2 IS is going for a lot less now, I can grab this cam for just over 300 bucks.

S80 has a proven track record and everyone seems to love it, I just can't stand the sliding plastic front cover and lack of optical zoom.

S2 and S3 only drawback I see is bulk of the camera.

Every review I've read of all of these models has had nothing bad to say about any of them - I just need some help in picking the right one for me.

Any experience with any of these?

I have the S2 IS. The camera takes great pics and has a lot of features. This is my first advanced dc. I haven't actually used all the features yet. The pics are great though. The zoom is spectacular
