Help: Forum says I have exceeded quote for attachments???

I know there is a limit to quantity of pictures per post, and their individual sizes are constrained as well. Personally, once I met these criteria I didn't encounter any further problems. I didn't think you could post to many pictures, because I would have seen more complaints in the NWS threads featuring Asians and car girls and such.
