Better than stock, but still falls way short when it comes to the expectations set by the C-XF.

The front is okay, but the rear is much better; much more interesting.

Some of this design is really tacky. For example, the lower front bumper, huge quads, stupid side skirts, wheels etc.
However, I think the XF would look better with the front bumper intakes more like this. I think the current chrome accents just look terrible. You cant do those sort of things when you design cars now Also, I think the XF would really suit quad exhausts, but they have to be smaller than these huge ones. They look tacky. Anyway forget the design, lets get down to performance: "Highlights of the Jaguar XF AJ 21 are certainly found under the bonnet with power upgrades for each of the four engines, the top of the line Supercharged 416hp 4.2 liter V8 engine gets a displacement increase to 4.5 liters raising the power output to over 500hp."

I agree. I love the diffuser. I think the rear would be perfect with a subtle lip spoiler ala M3 and a smaller quads. Jaguar really need a sport pack for the XF. It looks BLOODY brilliant against the 5 series and A6, but if you put an M-sport kit on the 5 series the XF doesnt look as aggressive.

My main prob with the XF is that it doesn't look like a $65k car. I can't explain it. It's in the details. The way the sheetmetal is molded, the look of the paint, the way the trim around the window looks, the lights, everything. It's photogenic, but a little dull in real life.
An M-Sport 5er looks amazing, but I really don't mind the regular 5er's post-FL now.

Uh oh. -1 on the FL I dont like the chrome strip in the front bumper. If it was painted black I'd say the overall facelift looks better than pre-FL. That chrome strip just does not flow with the curvy body of the 5. Its just too...linear But apart from that yeah it looks great, I would paint the strip black.

I think the stock one looks better and also looks better in real life. We saw a couple in West Palm a month ago and in the grey color that we saw it was getting quite a few looks from passer bys. Def better than that light blue and maroon color they keep showing on the internet, those colors make it look dull and boring.

MUCH MUCH MUCH better than stock.
I always had reservations with the front of the XF, but I have no complaints with this.

Those headlights just don't do it for me compared with what the C-XF had led us to believe. Those were some sexy headlights, and the bigger grille made it so much more aggressive.
