Can anyone confirm if the new bmwtis site lets you download specific PDF manuals for offline use?

[Edit] Paid $30 for a day and can confirm that PDF downloads work, though the process is painful as there are so many small parts.

I suggest you guys/gals get ISTA+ installed. All of the TIS documents can be found there, and then some
