So now I need sell that:

Listed it on Autotrader yesterday but unsure if people still use that when shopping for cars. Any other places? Would like to avoid Facebook.

"sell your car now" offers, then contact the dealer behind the offer. Drive the car to the dealership, negotiate a better offer, depart with a check in your hand.

Fair enough, but I can't take the truck to Carmax or Carvana. Really need a platform where I can list is for private sale. Is it worth it for me to list it on Autotrader, Cars.com, Cargurus, etc.?

I'm not sure where you're located but I bet you'd sell that truck within a week if you joined The Hull Truth boating forum and posted it there. Lots of love for that truck on that site.
