BMW Italia Via Monte Napoleone M collection

BMW Italia had a XM, M3 touring and M2 coupé parked on Via Monte Napoleone when I was in Milano Italia last month, there was a X2 M35 on display (posted those pics in the X2 forum). IOMG XM was looking huge on the smaller Italian streets— I could only imagine driving any of these M’s with the suspension set to sport + on a inter city Italian road with the bumps.

IOMG even making the XM look good. Have a feeling this color will go down as one of the better M colors they’ve done. Definitely one of the best standard color offerings in recent years.

Agreed. It fits the XM extremely well. I think it’s the first time I’ve seen it in IOMG and it’s stunning.

Gorgeous cars, call me American blooded but I’ve never been into the wagons as much as they have been all the rage! Not sure why I can’t fall I love with them the same way as the G80 sedan

IMO the ‘M Wagon’ steals that show. Donington is a nearly perfect color. Will stand test if time.

It’s Skyscraper Grey, as both are very similar and easy to confuse. Here is a post comparing the two and a video.

Singapore Grey and Donington Grey were replaced by Brooklyn Grey and Skyscraper Grey, as I’m sure Donington is available via BMW Individual special order, but I didn’t see in the in BMW Individual Visualizer.

I drove through Milano taking euro delivery of an e90 years ago. I don’t think it can be worse than driving an M car inner city Houston.

DG is gone as it’s a thicker paint (more work/ more cost/ more layers required?!?) and BMW stopped it. Similar to Hockenheim Silver being discontinued as it’s a thicker paint too. Shame.

IOMG on XM makes it look palatable. Tells how good IOMG is.
