I didn’t notice anything on the M50 I looked at that suggested it did. From memory the front camera is stuck on the solid part of the front grille, and the rear is just above the number plate.

Yes, it has front and rear camera washers. The rear is fixed in the grab handle, and the front is actuated in and out from above the camera in the kidney grill

This video mentioned the camera washers at the 0:43 and 1:18 marks, but didn't actually show them in action. Good to know how they work.
