Any idea if we can order BMW Individual Paint on the new X3's?

My dealer and broker have told me no.

But this says otherwise:

There is a choice of one solid and nine metallic paint colors avalable for the new X3 M50 xDrive, and eleven metallic shades for new BMW X3 30 xDrive including the new Dune Grey metallic finish. And for the next level in personalization, models assembled at BMW Group Plant Spartanburg will also be available with over fifteen BMW Individual paint finishes. - BMW News

The press release is all-encompassing for the model year. The dealer will have the correct current information as it updates. It would not be unexpected to have a delayed launch in the paint shop for an all-new model. If this is a critical factor for you, I'd suggest checking back with the dealer every month or if your salesperson is reliable, ask them to monitor and inform you. Meanwhile, as you can see on another thread, they are still trying to control the body assembly to specifications, so I would not rush.

I saw that the BMW Individual web page has been updated with the G45 trims: https://www.bmwusa.com/innovations/bmw-individual.html. But they're currently showing only placeholder images, so it's probably still a work in progress. Like Sportstick said, just be patient and keep checking back with your dealer periodically.
