Expected discount off MSRP for 2025 X3 30i

Hi, I am in the market for a 2025 X3 30i. I live in CA. I am first time BMW buyer and am wondering what discounts can I expect for this model? One of the NorCal dealers has quoted a $1k off MSRP of a $57k build. Is that a good discount?

I have read several threads here and on reddit but there is no clear answer. I do understand "it depends" but wanted a general idea as I am going into negotiations with several dealers soon.

TIA!
Neo

I'm in the Bay Area too. Anecdotally, it seems challenging to get our local dealers to budge much from MSRP for the new G45 models.

Consider reaching out to one of the brokers on these forums instead. Some have claimed that they can get as much as 7% off MSRP from their contacts. Even with the broker's fee, you'll probably still come out ahead.

Expected discount off MSRP for 2025 X3 30i

Check out Edmunds.com. In addition to a detailed review of the X3 they also give a "What others are Paying" price for the car in your area.

I'm from San Jose and I already tested drive tha SUV. While I like the way it drives, the material thing is the one that holds me back. I suggest you to
wait until Jan 25 to see how well they sell and I think in the new year the car business will not be busy so you can do some bargaining. Try 7% off from MSRP.

I got quoted 5.8% off MSRP for a 2025 x3 30 arctic blue exterior, fully loaded with almost everything other than the M sports package -- driving assistant pro, premium package, HK sound system, glow grill etc. Catch was to sign up for financing with the dealer which was OK tradeoff for me as I could early pay without penalty. Sad thing was when I went to sign the deal, the dealer realized the vehicle was already sold

I will keep hunting.

5.75% off a MSRP of $72975 - NC. So happy with that.

Sounds like the old bait & switch trick...? Sigh.

Just order one to your liking. Dealers will usually extend same discount. FWIW we don't say fully loaded around these parts if you have to say except :>). Well optioned, sure. I only say this so you know there will be plenty others and you don't have to settle for a dealer spec'd vehicle.
