Stepping down or over or however you look at it isn't going to be easy... I really like the Mustangs V-8 for instance, BUT I drive one and even with the good rumbly V-8 I have a hard time over looking the silly ergonomics, and primitive handling/chassis. BUT I LOVE THAT V-8! I dunno, The RX-8 was a great drivers car, comfortable and loads of fun. BUT, S-L-O-W for a "sports" car, and is way down on power for the fuel it uses. BUT, Brand new RX-8 for $32k? I'm IN! WRX Sti, Evo X, etc... this isn't going to be easy. I have a feeling I will likely just be enjoying my 335 and probably buying another in a year or two regardless of the desire to scale back... We'll see. I love the dynamics of the BMW... We are going to be stretching to buy about 20 acres and build the barbie dream home. So if I have to I'll be in a GTI, Volvo C-30, or something in a heartbeat! We'll see, most likely I'll end up in a GTI, Audi S4, or as I mentioned there is something about the Volvo C-30... Actually the C-30 is pretty cool... Haven't driven one though. Thanks for the input on the Infiniti's, it's about what I expected.
