21" tyres
Hi all 👋🏼
For all you guys already bought the G45 with 21” wheels what tyres came with it RUN FLATS or normal? I’ve seen cars in the US with spare wheel at the back im from UK and just curious of what to expect Thanks |

The knock on effect is a more compliant softer tyre because the tyre is less stiff, and some don’t like the firmer ride associated with RFT’s. So win win, BMW reduce cost, fewer people moaning. Afaik the UK spec is with tyre inflation kit, not a spare/space saver wheel. |

Here in the US, the G45 has no options for RFTs at any size including 21". My understanding is that it'd be the same in European markets including the UK.
They similarly stopped offering factory RFTs with the new G60 5-series last year. So it seems BMW is shifting entirely away from RFTs going forward. |
