I have just travelled over 200 miles with mine today and no sign of camera info.

Not sure tbh. But the cars sync to Mybmw account by the dealer before i collected.

All the way home on the M25 and A14 it was pinging up and counting down just like it did on the G01 version.

So i just looked on the MyApp and i had not subscribed to the Premium but it shows as active on a free trial for 3 months i think. Maybe the dealer had set this up but i def did not. Anyway it does say "Enhanced bmw map features" whatever that is. So not sure if that is having an impact on the speed cams?

Now looks like the mapping software has updated itself and some camera warnings are showing but no sound. Perhaps I have the stealth warnings type.

lol, it’s the Police speed camera vans parked on motorway bridges or speed guns that get you.

I spotted a van on the M5 near Exeter last week, and I was doing 78, so hope the 10%+2 mph applies. Only hope with these is WAZE, but clearly hadn’t been reported when I spotted it, so no warning.

Yeah my car did a big update the day i collected it.

It was the mapping update, done OTA without me knowing that seemed to provide the camera info. Changed from 2024-10-29 to 2024-11-20.

My one shows the fixed cams on the maps which i had not noticed before.
Was working yesterday when on M25.
