M emblem on m50 front grille

is there a reccess/indent where the M emblem sits? or its flat surface?

also wonder if there is any blackout emblem size that matches this?

Hi. I believe the side trim badge [on CAN/EU] is the exact size as the front. You can get them with the black stripe.

I am not 100% how it is attached to the grill as I know the radar part is in the front but having a quick "fishing line check" it seems pretty stuck on but have not tried forcefully because of the sensors around the area.

Need someone much braver than me lol

Best I can do. By the looks of it, the badge does not sit flat so it may be a solid piece that is attached to the part. I do know that is where the radar part is so BMW may have done that so if you stick a much larger badge then it could interfere but no idea. I am sure there are BMW SMEs in this forum maybe they can confirm.

Good luck

BMW made it quite easy for the imposters this time. direct stick on without any clip or baseplate like it was on the G01 LCI.

Curious how many M badges they sell

Hi.

This should be the size for the front emblem.
