Why does the inside view camera not work on the my bmw app.

Can anyone help please.

Anyone know how to make this work. The exterior cameras work fine but can’t get the interior camera to work.

Inside view camera is now working on the My BMW app. I had to reset the idrive. So glad it’s working.

It wasn't working in mine initially.

It's all about the privacy settings.
1. I selected all privacy settings enabled in the car.
2. I allowed the inside camera app of the car to access the camera while in use
3. I had to set the privacy settings in the My BMW App under the profile again to allow inside view camera
4. Got in the car, restarted the iDrive (Hold volume in the center console until headunit reboots while engine is running)
5. Shut down the car, locked it and waited 15 minutes

It is now working as intended from the My BMW App. I can take a picture or video now from the inside of the car. Function is included in the remote services tab in the upper part of the App See screenshots of the App attached.
