1. Is there a way adjust drivetrain/steering/suspension settings on any of the modes other than sport mode ?
2. Every time car starts , default mode goes to Personal, is there a way to change default to efficient for example.
3. What are the drivetrain/steering/suspension settings used in all modes other than Sports. Is it all comfort oriented ?

Maybe they change it with a future software update. On the X1 and other OS 8.5 and OS 9 cars you can set Efficient as default since the 07/24 update

Yep, the 2024 X1 with ID9 works the same way as you described on the 2025 X3. And the above mentioned is correct as well.
Maybe BMW will enable personal modifications in modes other than Sport in upcoming software updates to come. But I would not count on it.

I don’t have mine yet but the manual seems to indicate you can set some of the My Modes as the startup mode.

Havn't tried the useless Digital Premium modes (which are no drive modes for me as they are more or less just moods), but the essential Efficency or Sport can't be set.

As Ravenous666 said, only the useless modes can be set, not the needed ones like efficient and sport.
