Do the exhaust colors change as mine are black - and I saw this one and they are silver or am I going mad and it’s the light. Mine are black - just checked.

You are not going crazy. The black exhaust tips are part of the exterior M Sport Professional Package. It comes with “blacked out elements” that includes the black exhaust tips rather than silver.

The M Sport Professional Package also gives you a smoke colored strip in the middle of the rear brake lights. The standard color of that strip is a translucent color. You can see the differences in your photos.
