My trips not syncing in MyBMW app

Since last Wednesday, I don't see any new trips in the My Trips section in the MyBMW app. I haven't changed the privacy settings or anything, and somehow the trips stopped syncing in the app. Has anyone experienced similar problem and how can I fix it? I am driving always logged in with my profile in the car.

No problems with mine. All trips are in the app.

I am having similar problems. Mine stopped logging trips sometime in January. I noticed at some point that mytrips in data privacy had switched off by itself. I turned it back on and then it started working this past Sunday and Monday. Then it stopped recording Wednesday and yesterday. Mytrips is still enabled. I have restarted app on phone multiple times and car is logged in as me. I can take remote pictures of my car so it’s not cellular coverage on my car. I’m hoping it resolves itself again but would appreciate if anyone else has the solution.

Seems exacty like the issue I have. Still nothing has been synced since end of January.

Have you tried restarting the headunit (while engine is running) by pressing the volume roller in the center console for >30 seconds?

Tried this and reinstalling the MyBMW App but without success so far.

Must be an ID 9 issue since I have same issue in 2024 x1 28i. At one point this month app said I have driven less than 69 miles this month as the cause of not being able to view February’s trip data. Because I don’t drive that much I thought it’s notice was true but after reading others are having same issue, I’m now not convinced.

I had the same issue, the "trip" button often switched off by itself and one day it didn't record trips anymore. Try holding the volume button in the console for 30 sec, it works for me.

Restarted iDrive by holding the button for 45 seconds, seems the issue is now resolved, let's see for how long

I also had one trip missing last week. Restarted the iDirve and all is fine since.

With my G01 with iDrive 7 sometimes the trips where also missing so it may be a common issue not linked to the new X3

The same thing is discussed within the 2024-2025 X1 forum with ID9. February trips are not showing up either. Many said (not all) a hard reset helped
