Need help with creating my "car garage"

I’m trying to create my garage but won’t allow me to load photos .. just says processing and nothing else .. can anyone help please ?

This sounds like its on the app? If so, are we talking about iOS or android? Can you give me details on what model phone and operating system? I can try to simulate it and help you figure it out

I just updated the app yesterday and still nothing and im using iOS on the I phone ..

What iPhone model and iOS version? Some older models have been cutoff from Apple iOS updates, and have problems with images in the latest Bimmerpost app.....
