Show me your cutters! I have a stainless steel cuban craftart, this thing is amazing. precision cutting ftw!

Xikar, ~7 years old, gift. Never been sharpened, still works very well. Can be disassembled for sharpening.
Sorry, no pics handy. It's engraved, stainless steel. I don't take it with me on plane trips, for fear it will be taken at security (even though they're officially allowed now).
