How to find nice T-shirts?

Hey guys, where can you buy cool vintage t- shirts? Is there a reliable online shop to check out? I am more likely to buy the ones with designs on the back and maybe a small emblem on front. How about a place where I can design my own shirts? Any and all suggestions are welcome. TIA

I used to go to thrift stores or vintage stores for vintage stuff.
