I haven't been able to find the Ownwe's Circle for over a week. I've lost track of my 135 awaiting transport.
Any idea what gives?

You can still login by going to http://oc.bmwusa.com as well

In any case, the 1-800 # is updating a lot quicker, you should give it a try if you haven't done so already. If you call during regular business hours, you should be able to reach a live rep for more detailed info as well.
