its hard to believe the new one is 40k ....

i bought my 05 new OTD for a lil over 32k

i hear from the guys at the SHOP in ct
that they are making good power...almost 400/400 but
the looks are not for me...

i love my 1 8)

but i miss my boxer rumble...my wife does not
and my dog doesnt bark at my car now haha

I paid 14K for my RS used, I couldn't imagine paying 40K for a car and then 5 years down the road have it completely fall apart like mine did. I will not miss the noise from my exhaust, the rough ride from my suspension and all the attention from all the wrong people (young kids and cops).

Had a PSM 05 STi. Loved it, but the rattles, so-so interior and the bad gas mileage eventually got to me. I still might pick up an RS or a WRX as a winter beater since Jet Black is a pain in the ass to keep clean even when it's nice outside.

Had an 02 wrx with SpecC goodness under the shell...i miss my rex more than anything...i'm not happy with my bimmer at all.
i can't wait till the lease is up and get a suby back.
though i do love the logic 7 sound system!

My experience has been the opposite. I still like my suby, but ever since getting the 335, and other than when the white stuff is falling I dont really enjoy driving the wrx anymore. Another wrx/Sti/evo is def not on the list of cars I would get to replace the 335. Just curious.... What aren't you happy with?

I just stumbled on this thread. I had a 2006 WRX fully built by P&L in Chicago and it kicked ass.

i had a sti. but replaced it with a my 328i becuase the bmw was a much faster car. jk. i wish i had one

im thinking about buy a gc8 later this year to take to the snow this winter.
