How much for 2009 C6 w/ GM bankrupt?

Theres a useed 08 Burgandy color C6 with 7k miles for $32,999 at GM dealer in hackensack NJ $50,xxx MSRP. Forgot the name of the place but was across from Nissan dealer..Just test drove one two weeks ago since my friends looking for cheap used exotic. Also had a z06 with 4k miles for $53k ish. Thought it was a great deal..
