Anyone ever seen this car? Saw it at willow springs looks crazy

Looks like a great car. Never heard of it before, but have heard of Devon's electric motorcycle they're trying to produce. Good to see one of these on the road (err, track), as it gives promise to their other vehicle coming out as well.
