Question: If you're looking down at your belly button, what organ is just 1" to the left of it? I've been having some pain there lately....

No specific organ there dude. Colon or small bowel maybe. It could be referred pain when it comes to the abdomen.

Is it normal to hurt there every morning when I wake up? Plus my right sole is puffy in the morning as well.

i agree with AUS,

see a doctor and get a chest x ray. the possiblity of causes are endless.

your age and smoking also changes wut u may have.

sounds like costcochondritis to me, but

pericarditis, mass, and other lung diease can be similar

either way the pain med u have will just mask the pain. probably better off with motrin/ibuprofen/naproxen

It's not normal to have pain for no reason. YOu may want to try some over the counter Pepcid/Zantac or Prilosec. If they help, you may have a mild ulcer or GERD. Either way, see someone so you can get some full strength stuff. All the OTC stuff is actually half stregth or less than half strength.

Don't know about the heal though.
