help need advice with this shot

so which one do you all think came out better. i am having a real problem with my white balance and color. i cant decide which way looks right. i also am struggling with which camera profile came out better in LR2. i normally use ACR4.4, but i think the adobe standard is working better. between the 2 shots below, which WB do you think looks better.

Top shot is more pleasing to the eye. It has more yellow/red in the lion's face and surrounding grass. The grass in the bottom shot looks more gray and dead in areas and the lion's mane is not nearly as vivid.

I chose the top shot!

Bottom one looks natural, like what you would see if you were actually there, but the top one is a lot more interesting

First shot...It's a lot warmer which makes sense if you are doing safari shots...Seems more natural.

depends on how your rest of the photo batch looks like. If this is one of your "hero" shots that you want to stand out, than top 1.

the 2nd one, while it seems a bit too exposed, I dont think its that bad... I mean, thats how a picture would look like when you shoot in the sun.
