...fatboy on a diet
So after 5 years and gaining 50lbs, I have decided enough is enough. I have wasted gym many memberships in the past and really could not get focused. I finally found a boxing gym in Newark. There were no yearly contracts and it was a pay as you go arrangement. I was like what the hell.
Anyways, I owe lot to my trainer. I am posting this video so you can see him in action. He actually is working out more than me . He pushes me slightly over my limit each session. I love that the workout is dynamic, almost like a real life video game. I know am garbage and out of shape so please go easy on comments. I am down 10lbs and 4 inches in my pant size after 3 mos. I am looking forward to the next 40lbs. It really is like a video game. I am actually having a good time working out, which I used to hate doing. If your bored pushing weights and zoning out on the cardio machines, this is the best workout ever.

At this point I don't think I am an actual boxer. Maybe after a few times in the ring... I totally agree the training is pretty intense, and to see the actual fighters in the gym do their routine is amazing. I can't even begin to imagine what world champions do to get into shape. |

pretty good looking technique after only 3 months, good steady positioning/footwork!
Dont try to lose all 50lbs though...working out like that and you'll probably lose 35 because you gained 15 in muscle! |

But anyway, nice head movement over all. only thing i would say is, when you are punching try keeping your chin tucked. You don't do it all the time, but it seems that sometimes when you jab, you put your chin into it. Oh and the ever so annoying, keep your hands up during those combos. Lol, i finally get to say that to someone other than myself.
