There is some truth to that statement. If you have lived here any certain amount of time...and you have gone to Whataburger enough times late at night. Chances are you have witnessed or been in a something like this video! lol!

Yeah the skinny dude had some training. He went right for the take down, put him in the kimura and pretty much could have moved to the crucifix and pummeled his face till it was unrecognizable. I think he knew the dude was just being drunk and stupid. It looked like it happened on St. Pattys. Give the dude some credit for displaying self-control.
