Anyone here ride bicycles, i need help on choosing one...

Any bicyclists in here? I have never owned a bike in my life and i want to start biking now, just this weekend i was driving through the bike trail and noticed a lot of hot girls biking so i thought to myself, "man i gotta get a bike and ride behind them and just creep"

okay all joking aside, i'm 5'7 150 lbs...what size bike is good for me, i want to bike like asphalt trails and maybe some dirt, but not mountain biking...something easy to bike and not put too much stress on my body...seating comfort also a plus since i don't want to damage my prostate further...

and i dont' wanna spend more than 200 bucks...can you guys help me..

Would you consider a unicycle? It would certainly get you noticed. Your budget it going to be your largest constraint as it pretty much rules out anything new and puts you in the pretty ratty end of the Craigslist/eBay market for bikes.

Light trails and mostly road would generally put you in the cyclocross or hybrid category, something with 700c wheels and relatively skinny tires. This type of bike will be faster on the roads and easier to maintain speed on than a hardtail mountain bike.

Sizing is hard to do over the interwebs, and since you're a novice, it will be relatively hard to determine on your own. I'd really suggest using a local bike shop to get help in this regard and look for one that might do used bikes, you can sometimes find deals with those. Barring a local joint, look for an REI or Performance, they tend to sell reasonably priced bikes that are put together a little better than the average build at a Walmart or similar type of shop.

Seriously, unicycle.

An entry level mountain bike should do the trick, or get a cruiser style bike
