BMW dealer car salesman?
Hi I was wondering how hard it would be to get a job as a bmw salesman, what the pay is like, and what the deal is with a company leased car. Cant wait for the help, thanks.

From various conversations I've had with my sales people, they want to see experience at other dealerships first. Ideally from a lower end euro car manufacturer like VW. As far as pay and benefits go, not sure of the specifics.

The pay depends on how many cars you sell. I became friends with my salesman. Some months he would be great and have a ton of money, others he would have one sale and had to cut back. Unless you work at one of those mega dealerships that move a lot of cars, it can be tough to make a consistent salary.
