I don't get what the hell the USA and others are still doing in Afghanistan or Irak. It should have been intense for 2-3 years max., and then go home.
Now their population has a feeling that they are permanently invaded and it just creates a crazier race of nuts. And of course, some alliances were created and when everybody will go home, some Afghanistaners/Ikrakers will be slaughtered to have collaborated. Everybody goes home. Every soldier now killed there is for nothing. A complete waste. |

The local national's are not scared of us which is why they don't rat out the Taliban.
It was a very strange 'war' where no matter what we did we never felt we won or accomplished anything. The local national's never Thanked us. They also don't have any nationalism and stick to their own local tribe's. Which is why the country is still what it is today.

I'm sure you've served in Afghanistan already... When I was there I didnt see any signs of a withdrawal anytime soon. Having a military base in Afghanistan is strategically important. As for ROE, maybe the U.S. is obligated to help because of what happened in the 80-90s when the Soviets left. |

ah just make them work on pig farms, there is nothing more degrading to them then having to touch a pig.
You know McCarthur buried the muslins that were fighting against the American on the Philippine islands with dead pigs, it sent them a clear message he was not messing around. |
