^can't even do with 10 wheel drive. maybe batman's ride.

the owner must not live there anymore. it's just a empty house. 2.5 mil? he smoking something? i believe the developement company will take down his home, and pay for the market value price though insurance.

As a commercial real estate developer this gives me a great idea when people won't sell for a reasonable price.

it dont matter, he dont have to live there...as long as he doesnt sign the papers..the land is his...he could go stay in a hotel or with a friend...the developers cant do shit...its a waiting game and the developer is bound to loose. they'll get flak for not building the new shopping center and for leaving the big ass hole in the ground:rocks: on you island house dweller
